Planning Manager & Senior Planner Roles

You’ll work across major capital programs and infrastructure projects, partnering closely with project directors, project controls teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to bring structure, certainty, and foresight to project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
Planning Manager
You will be the anchor of our planning function — guiding people, elevating capability, and ensuring schedule integrity across large, multi-disciplinary programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and uplift a team of planners across multiple projects
Own and govern the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Deliver schedule baselines, assurance reviews, and performance reporting
Lead schedule recovery planning and scenario modelling
Oversee tender schedule reviews and provide informed EOT assessments
Run quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA)
Identify, manage, and communicate interfaces and interdependencies
Foster consistency, discipline, and planning excellence across the team
Represent planning in meetings with senior stakeholders and executives
What You Bring
Strong P6 capability with Tier One project experience
Deep understanding of major infrastructure or capital delivery environments
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and uplift planning maturity
Strong judgement, calm confidence, and advanced communication skills
Ability to translate complexity into clarity for diverse audiences
A collaborative, no-ego approach and high emotional intelligence
Senior Planners
You will be hands-on in the schedule, partnering with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and forward visibility across project phases.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and analyse high-quality Primavera P6 schedules
Support the IMS and ensure alignment between discipline and program schedules
Conduct schedule assurance reviews, forecasting, and recovery planning
Review contractor schedules with fairness, accuracy, and commercial awareness
Support tender evaluations and EOT assessments
Navigate complex project interfaces and sequencing challenges
Communicate clearly with engineers, project managers, and commercial teams
Contribute to the uplift of planning capability across the broader project team
What You Bring
Strong P6 technical competence and Tier One delivery experience
Proven ability to work within large, complex program environments
Sound planning judgement and the ability to challenge constructively
Ability to remain steady and solution-focused under pressure
Fluent in construction linguistics and comfortable in multidisciplinary settings
A mature mindset, strong attention to detail, and no ego

18–24-month consulting engagements
