Our founders bring decades of hands-on experience in project delivery, recruitment, and mental health advocacy. But what truly sets us apart is our lived experience; a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those working in high-pressure environments, and the personal impact of mental health struggles within our own families.

With a background leading recruitment teams and delivering workforce programs across construction and infrastructure, Virginia is passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments where people can thrive. Her lived experience and advanced training in mindfulness, mental health first aid, and psychosocial safety drive her people-first approach; ensuring every contractor and client feels supported, valued, and heard. At Constructive Minds, Virginia integrates care and innovation into every project, making wellbeing a core part of the business and championing a more human, resilient industry for all.

Neill Baxter is the director of Constructive Minds Consulting and brings over 30 years of project management experience from leading construction companies across Australia, Asia, and the UK. His early training in the UK, paired with senior roles in commercial, retail, and education sectors, gives him a practical understanding of every stage of the construction process; from building teams and securing projects to delivering complex outcomes. Neill’s hands-on industry insight means he doesn’t just place professionals; he knows exactly what clients and projects need because he’s been there himself. This depth of experience ensures every placement is grounded in real project demands, helping clients build high-performing teams with confidence and clarity
