The Role

We’re seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to support large-scale building projects across Brisbane’s essential infrastructure. Work closely with project managers, commercial teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure contract compliance, cost control, and smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in contract administration (client-side or head contractor)

  • Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS forms preferred)

  • Confident in cost reporting, variations, and subcontractor management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
